You need to submit apeamcet 2019 rank card, hall ticket, payment receipt of counseling fee, 10 and 12th marksheet, pass certificate, migration certificate, category certificate (if you are under any reserved category), income certificate, NCC/Cap certificate, disability certificate (if any).
