Hello,
The chances of admission through All India Quota counselling with an All India rank of 12396 would be 50%. You can still apply for admission through AIQ counselling but usually a rank less than 10000 has a very good chance of admission. However, you have a very good chance of admission in MBBS in government Medical Colleges under state quota counselling. You can apply in your own state for admission in government colleges.
