According to previous year cut off
for University College of Medical Sciences, Delhi it was AIR 183
and neet marks 645 for unreserved candidate through all india quota which
means you do have good chance for getting admission into it.

Dear Raj, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018 under All India Quota an All India Rank of 183 secured 645 marks and secured a seat in UCMS Delhi. This is for General Category. The marks were further less for OBC Category. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. With a rank of 165, you have a decent shot at this college in Round 2.
