What are the various colleges offering admissions through defence quota?

hi if you wanna get MBBS in a defence college, the college you must be looking for is Armed forces medical college, pune, it comes under NEET as well, NEET 2018 Examination is most likely to be held on 10th May (Thursday) 2018 . NEET 2018 Application Form will be released in the month of January 2018.CBSE conducts NEET for admission across all medical colleges in india except aiims,and jipmer.The exam pattern is as follows:-

physics-45 questions each carrying 4 marks

chemistry-45 questions,each carrying 4 marks

and biology 90 questions each carrying 4 marks as well.hope this helps good luck

It varies from state to state and college to college.

Some colleges do offer the quota for exservice man and some for defence category too.

In field of Medicine, like as in Army College of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, seats for Army person wards are available and in many college too, the same quota is there but only for a vey few and limited seats.

AIIMS and JIPMER do not offer such quota.

Most of the states have certain number of seats reserved under the defence quota. In order to avail a seat under the defence quota, you will have to participate in the counselling which is organised by the state.

The Army Institute Of Technology  offers B.E courses in Electronics and Telecommunications, Mechanical, Computer Science,  Information Technology  for children of defense personnel. According to the eligibility criteria laid down by the institute, children of serving as well as retired personnel are eligible to apply for admission and they must fulfil the age criteria that is laid down for JEE Mains.

Meanwhile UPSEE and JAC have certain percentage of seats  reserved for the wards of the defence category. They are admitted on the basis of certain parameters which are laid down by them. According to the prospectous of UPSEE, there is 5% of horizonatl quota for children of defence personnel of U.P. either retired (superannuated) or killed / disabled in action or defence personnel posted in U.P./defence personnel domicile of U.P. & posted outside.

According to the information brochure of JAC Delhi, 5% of the total seats in each category are reserved for candidates belonging to Defence sub-category.

Generally, every state offers a few seats under defence quota. You need to appear for the state level counseling that is conducted for the 85% of the seats of all government medical colleges of your state.
There is no such criteria as defence quota for the seats alloted via  All India 15% quota counselling.
Similarly, no separate reservations like defence quota exists for admissions into AIIMS and JIPMER.
