Dear Geetanjali, there are 2 types of fees that you pay. One is a non refundable registration amount. This will not be refunded. But the refundable security deposit will be refunded after all the rounds of Counselling are done with. This amount will be refunded to the same account the payment was made from. It will be refunded only after 15 days from the date of publication of refund details by MCC at their official website at mcc.nic.in.

According to national testing agency after 2 round of counseling if aspirant do want to take then they get refund of registration fees
