what can i do when my parants surname differnt from my orignal marksheet...

Hey Aspirant,

1. Go to your school

2. Send necessary documents to your board regional office

Necessary documents

1 . Photocopy of 10 th and 12 th marksheet

2. Photocopy of admission form

3. Photocopy of admission and withdrawal register

4. Loc application ki galti kaise hui

5. Previous class and current class transfer certificate

6. Correction in a tabular form

7. Affidavit with notary for a name change


All these must attested by school principal.

Make sure you make two copies of these documents one for school which they send to board and other one you take to the board by yourself for faster process.
