what can we do if our 11 base is not clear at all in 12

You have not mentioned you are from arts group or science group. Aur whether you want to give some competitive exams which based on 11th syallabus like Neet examination , joint entrance examinations for both state and national ,etc . If you are going to give this examinations obviously there will be a lot of problems to clear examination . However if you are talking about only your twelfth board then yes some topics are interlinked of both physics and Mathematics with 11th. But for only board level u easily can recover this portions anaconda by using some extra study times and recorded lectures. Hope this will help you.
