I assume you wants to become a application programmer, you have taken physics, chemistry, mathematics and computer science at 12th. see after completing 12th you should go for b.tech course in computer science or Information technology. in case you wants to make career in programming then it would be best to take Information technology.

there is also BCA course which has some programming concept, but big mncs preferred b.tech students of information technology domain as a recruitment of programmer or software engineer.
