The list of documents required in spot admission in mop up round is same to that of what is required in first round of counselling. The list of documents are-

• NEET admit card
• NEET score card
• Identitity proof
• Domicile certificate
• Intermediate score card and certificate
• Class 10 or equivalent marksheet as proof of date of birth
• Cast certificate (if required)
• Document verification slip in case if you attended previous round of counselling.
• Passport size photographs
