What does the cut off rank mean and if it has a cut off marks 357 and cut off rank 207, what does it mean?

Hi Mahendra,
Cut off are basically the criteria to shortlist candidates for an admission in any college or a Job.
If the cut off marks are 357 that means students who have got above or equal 357 marks are eligible for further selection process and at same time if the rank is less than or equal to 207 then they are clearly eligible for the selection proceedings.
