What happen if i don't report to college allotted in AI neet counselling 2nd round? Will it affect my state counselling?

Dear candidate,
If you get a seat allotted in the second round of AIQ and you don't join the college it would affect your state quota seat. But if you join a college of second round round,you would not be allowed to leave that and your name will be sent to the particular state and you won't be allowed to take admission in state quota.
