- One cannot apply for the state quota of two states for medical counselling even if one carries the domicile of two states.
- Infact, applying for the state quota of two states is illegal and might even lead to cancellation of candidature as well as subsequent abstinence from givjng the exam in the future.
- You can apply for the 85 percent state quota of only one state. And for doing that, you need to carry a domicile of that state, or in case of Delhi- you need to pass your class 12th exam from a Delhi school, or in case of Kerala- there are conditions under which the state quota is open for other state students even if one doesn't belong to that state.
Students who have claimed seats in more than one state through state quota would have got admission in any of the state according to their wish .
One way to be eligible for state quota is to have a domicile or to fulfill other criteria eg. passing hsc from a college in the state as in Delhi .
You can apply in more than one if you have the respective domicile of each state.
But remember , that having more than one domicile is illegal by law and you would be published if cut. So be careful .
All the best.
Hope this helps .
