What happens if I update my entered options of kcet 2019 using mobile phone?? but I didn't click on save and submit bcoz the page was empty

I had done my option entry and after that I had deleted few options clicked on update But I didnt click save and submit will I get results?

Please be clear what you mean by page was empty? You updated your options, then down must be an option to save and submit. If your process failed somewhere midway due to technical issue, then do it again if time is still there. Using PC in these things is thats why recommended.
