According to me, If I have to prepare for exams I will first go through previous year question papers before taking any test series. This is because when you study previous year papers you get an idea about the question types and patterns. This makes it easy to prepare further for the exams and after proper preparation you can give test series to boost your performance greatly. So, I would suggest you to thoroughly go with the previous years question paper first.
