I would like to tell you that unlike previous years, this year the cut off would be based on the NTA score which is a percentile measure of the students’ performance.
JEE Main 2019 Cut-off of Total NTA Score Based on Paper-I for JEE Advanced 2019

Here is elligiblity criteria for Jee advance
Candidates should be ranked among the top 224,000 candidates in JEE (Main).
Candidates belonging to the general category should be less than 25 years of age. For SC, ST, and PwD candidates, the age limit is 30 years.
Candidates should not have appeared in the JEE (Advanced) examination 2 years before or earlier.
Candidates should have qualified the Class 12 Board Examination for the first time not more than a year before the JEE (Advanced) examination.
Candidates should not have accepted admission in any of the IIT earlier.
75 % in cbse board and top 20 percentile in their respective board .
