It depends on your interest completely. You can go for degree programees like B.sc in Chemistry, Physics or any other according to your subjects. You can also go for B.E or B.tech courses, if you are interested in Engineering courses. You can decide for engineering branch as per your interest like Mechanical, Civil, Computer science engineering.
Also, scope depends on the factors like the college from where you will pursue the course, academic results, knowledge and desired skills of the candidate.
You should opt for the course that holds your interest.
