What if a student have taken a gap for preperation of cat and still have not scored good precentile in it. What to do in this case?

Hi Aspirant,
If you have not scored well,then going to colleges which do not have good placement records will not be of much use,as mba fees are usually very high.
So,take your time and prepare well and try to score in excess of 90 percentile to get into good colleges.
Time is not the key here,the basic thing which is essential is where do you get into and it determines your future.
Also,while you are studying for a better percentile,make sure to keep building your profile.
Getting a job and having work ex will prove really important.

My parents are not supporting me to do a job. What should i do in this situation. I have already taken a gap of thsi year. Should i take another year's gap? On the other hand i am also preparing hard for SNAP and XAT.

And is taking a gap of 2 years would hamper me during my interviews in a good college like of top 20 of India?

Taking a gap of 2 years is not advisable as it'll have a negative impact on your profile.
And since the selections are profile based,it is not worth to go through it.
Also,you can simultaneously appear for other entrance exams of different B-Schools.
However,you do need to keep your profile strong and for that taking a gap without doing anything is not the way.
