what if i get a college in r1 and chose a&u in r1 and then being a gm candidate in r3 if I don't like the college which I got so will I be able to get a full refund of my entire fees if i cancel the seat during seat cancellation of r3

If you are seated in Round 1 and you chose Accept & Upgrade (A&U), you are provisionally admitted. If you get a new seat in Round 3 and you choose not to take it or dislike it, you can make a cancellation of your seat, but whether you get full refund or not will depend on the Counselling Authority's Refund Policy. Typically:
- You will have a partial deduction to cancel, like 1,000 or 2,000, if you cancel by a certain deadline.
- After the final round or reporting deadline, it is generally accepted that no refunds are given.
