what if i have not registered for round 1 counselling , and wanna attend 2 round counselling , will registeration for round 2 acceptable??

Dear aspirant,
According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to register yourself in 2nd round of counselling.
It solely depends on which councelling you are participating. If you are a jee aspirant and want to go through josaa then you cannot participate in 2nd round ,you have to register yourself in 1st.
Generally other private college allow you to participate in 2nd round. Same in the case of neet also.
