what if i skipped Com, linear momentum, collision, rotational mechanics,wave optics and SHM and fluid mechanics but done with theory will i be able to clear iit jee???

Hard to say as weightage of topics change every year but few of the topics that you have mentioned are very important and.carry huge weightage when it comes to JEE.

Modern Physics - 20
Heat and Thermodynamics - 12
Optics - 12
Current Electricity - 12
Electrostatics - 12
Magnetics - 8
Unit,Dimension and Vector - 4
Kinematics - 4
Laws of motion - 4
Work,Power and Energy - 4
Centre Of Mass, Impulse and Momentum - 4
Rotation - 4
Gravitation - 4
Simple Harmonic Motion - 4
Solids and Fluids - 4
Waves - 4
Electromagnetics Induction ; AC - 4
JEE is one of the toughest exam in India and you cannot appear in this exam with not covering all the topics because you never know what question might appear so you should cover each and every topic.
