Admission in this college would be through your NEET scores only
The cut off for admission in Government Medical College, Jammu in the previous year 2018 under the 100% State quota for various categories was as given below.
General- 41,723, 442
SC- 88,099, 387
ST- 210020, 280
Witha score of 260 you don't seem to have much chances in general and SC category. If you belong to the ST category them you might have some chances.
