Hii

The cutoff or closing rank for CSE in all IITs are really very high. If you want admission in top IITs than you should get rank in top 300. You can still get CSE in lower newly opened IITs which are good like hyderabad, patna till 1000 rank in case of general. But in case of still lower IITs which are not good and ver new you will manage upto 5000 rank. To check the cutoff of different IITs check this link
