The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA or B.B.A.) is a bachelor's degree in commerce and business administration.

There are multiple exams on university level you need to clear to get admission in colleges all over India like NPAT, DU JAT, Symbiosis BBA etc..

You should have Maths and English as compulsory subjects as the criteria for most of the universities.

You can do job in specialisations you will study about in your bba course duration.

This is common yet a good field to pursue. Many MNC's hire people with management background.
