what is best for indian student doing bsc in astrophysics here or abroad

here in india there is few good institute which offers bsc in astro physics, however abroad university has well lab structured and facility for research, but it is not easy to get a good college just after passing 10+2 course, you need a lot of fund as well as you need to pass language proficiency test, things become easier if you study your graduation in india then go for master courses in abroad, and your graduation marks, letter of recommendation from professors will be quite helpful to get top ranked university.
