what is cutoff marks for jee advanced (out of 380 marks) for obc category?

It's 31.5 % of total aggregate marks but it might decrease according to difficulty level of the paper.

but in 2016 it was 68 for obc out of 372...which is far less than 31.5 percent

For obc it was 68 last year and for general it was a 74 out of 372
