What is cutoff of 2026 clat exam

The CLAT 2026 cut-off is not a single score because it varies for every National Law University (NLU), category, domicile quota, and counselling round. For top NLUs such as NLSIU Bengaluru, NALSAR Hyderabad, and WBNUJS Kolkata, the General category closing ranks were among the most competitive, typically closing within the top few hundred ranks. Recent counselling data shows NLSIU Bengaluru closed around AIR 101, NALSAR Hyderabad around AIR 148, and WBNUJS Kolkata around AIR 284 in the initial rounds.

In terms of marks, candidates targeting the top NLUs generally needed scores in the range of approximately 90+ marks out of 120.  However, marks alone do not determine admission; your All India Rank (AIR) is the most important factor during counselling.
