Ideally Sales & marketing are trying to achieve the same thing that is Client.
The difference is only that Sales Management mainly deals with managing a company's sales operations. While Marketing management mainly focus on the practical application of marketing techniques and the management of a firm's marketing resources and activities.
Marketing Management is good option for MBA. If you want to choose any of them.
