ms is more research oriented, m pharma is based on pharmacy practice.
Most pharmaceutical companies will treat the both qualifications as same and the job prospects will be similar. For research and development roles an MS pharma may be more appropriate and for job options in pharma and similar industries, an MPharma will be suitable.
overall, ms in pharma is considered better than m pharma.
