Any International Medical Graduate to practise in the United States has to clear USMLE. USMLE stands for Unites States Medical License Exam and it has various steps in clearing the exam. Through USMLE, ECFMG will actually test the readiness of foreign medical graduates to enter residency or fellowship programmes in the US. To benefit from this, first you need to complete your MBBS and take this exam to practise in the US.
