What is eligibility criteria for aimis
- Candidates must have attained an age of 17 years as on December 31, 2019
- Also, aspirants born on or after January 02, 2003 will not be eligible to apply for AIIMS MBBS 2019.
- Students should have passed Class 12 under the 10+2 scheme/senior school certificate examination (CBSE) or Intermediate Science or an equivalent examination from a recognised University/Board from any state with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology as the main subject.
- Candidates who will be appearing for Class 10+2 board examination in the year 2019 are also eligible to apply for the medical entrance examination.
- Candidates who have or are appearing at the qualifying examination with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology and expect to pass the examination with the qualifying percentile as mentioned below are eligible for the test, provided they have submitted the document of passing the qualifying examination with the required subjects and percentile.
- Aspirants who will possess the equivalent examination passing certificate as the eligible academic qualifying, s/he must furnish a certificate from the concerned Indian University/Association of Indian Universities to the effect that the examination passed by them is considered eligible equivalent to Class 12 under 10+2 scheme/immediate science examination.

1. You must secure more than 60 per cent in 12th class.
2. You must secure more than 50 per cent in AIIMS MBBS entrance exam.
3. You should get a rank of under 1348 to be called for counseling.
PS: AIIMS Delhi is available under 37 rank (or 38, approximately)
4. You should produce your 10th result and marksheet, 12th result and marksheet, AIIMS counseling call letter for counselung in original.

5. You should be medically fit to join MBBS. A medical test is conducted after admission formalities.
PS: Almost everyone is taken in, unless you are TOTALLY colour blind.
6. For OBC, 55 per cent marks are required in 12th and at least 45 per cent marks in entrance. For SC/ST, 50 per cent marks in 12th and at least 40 per cent marks in entrance are required to be eligible for counseling. There is 3 per cent reservation for OPH. Cerificate should be presented at the time of counseling.

As you ask you eligiblity criteria for aiims . Here I am mentioning the criteria as candidates must have passed class 12th examination or equivalent from any recognized board .PCB and English must be main subjects in class 12th examination and a minimum score of 60% for General Category and Other Backwards Castes and 50% for SC/ST category.
