Hi aspirant,
Following is the eligibility criteria for participating in Bihar for state counselling:
- If the candidate or his parents does not reside in Bihar, then his/her parents must be refugee in Bihar or must be working for Government of Bihar.
- If the candidate and his/her parents are residents of Bihar then the candidate is eligible.
- The candidate's parents must have a transferrable job within Bihar and Jharkhand only.
- The candidate's parents should be working in PSU of Government of India or working with United Nations in Bihar.
