1st:- Cutoff is solely decided by the board of members and there are lots of factors which is taken into consideration to fix the cutoff. Cutoff will be same for all. there won't be session or shift wise cutoff. Cutoff is given category wise.

2nd:- previous year cutoff was :- common rank list:- 89.75, EWS:- 78.21,OBC-NCL:- 74.31,sc:- 54,ST:- 44.33 and PwD:- 0.11

3rd:- As per your percentile , your predicted rank is :- 67,577. With this rank you can join low ranked NIT which is sikkim, meghalaya, manipur, nagpur campus.
