Dear student,

Below I am mentioning the difference between G codes and M codes.

G codes- NC (numerical control) portion are activated by G codes and the the XYZ axis motors, rpm, spindle motor, feeds since these are controlled with servo drives.

M codes- The PLC (programmable logical control) portion are activated by M codes, it confirms the prerequisites like pressure, coolant level, pressure and hyd level.
