Though it would be easier for me to decide, if you had told your category rank. So, still I'm considering you a general category student.

Regarding choices, you have quite few choices in hand

1. IIT BHU

2. ISM Dhanbad

3. IIT Patna

4. IIT Roorkee - polymer technology

5. IIT KGP - geotechnology

ETC

So, you have few choices.

So, I would recommend you to explore your interest and by that prefer your interested branch which you can get by this rank
