The competition for MBBS is very stiff in India as the no. of seats are less in comparison to the aspirants.
Seats in government colleges are secured on the basis of merit while some private colleges do accept admissions on first come first serve basis but charge a hefty amount.
Thus, your percentage of marks in NEET should not be below 80 to secure a seat in government college with minimal fees.
