what is meant by eamcet rank card(ap)? How is it useful?? Do the colleges allot seats through rank card or the main rank??

Hello student,
The rank card contains all the details of your name,your fathers name,mothers name,how many marks you scored in each subject in ts eamcet,total eamcet marks after normalizing the marks for 100 (adding 25% of ipe weightage), your overall rank,if you have qualified the exam or not.
This is the only thing that is used to allot seat in colleges through eamcet counselling.The rank card contains your rank and is used for further process of counselling.You need to take a print out of the rank card while reporting for your alloted college. please visit the official eamcet website and download your rank card by providing all the required details.
