Dear Megha, OBC NCL is Non creamy layer for candidates whose annual family income from all sources is less than 8 lakhs. Such candidates can submit proof of their family annual income for the last 3 financial years and get an OBC NCL certificate from the District Tahasildar. The validity if this certificate os 1 year and is useful in Academic and employment purposes of various Government schemes.
