What is meant by summary of allotments as noted in Telangana official website for neet 2019? Is counselling schedule completed?

The summary of allotments is just an official statement release. KNRUHS released a notification stating that after 3 rounds of State Counselling, 412 MBBS and 358 BDS seats have been lying vacant. 8 B Category seats, 404 NRI seats are vacant for MBBS. For BDS, 212 B Category seats and 146 NRI seats are vacant. The mop up round will be conducted tentatively in the month of August for these seats and also the ones to be transferred from Central pool.

Thanks for ur help.......still for checking....only 2nds have been held ....but u r telling me this notification is issued after conducting 3 rounds.....may be it's not I think
