Usually score of excess of 150 out of 200 would ensure you to get a seat in the end examination but of course it would depend on whether you are aiming for the Delhi AIIMS or other games like Institutions and also would depend on the year to year question on the performance of your cup of a month since it is mostly based on percentile and not percentage proper
Who is the topper of a particular bags gets a score of less than 150 but still since is percentile would be 100 he would easily feature in the merit list

It is generally advised to score 150-160 out of 200 to ensure a seat in AIIMS Delhi. However it is highly variable depending on your category, age, preferred branch of AIIMS and obviously the question paper and relative performance of other students. Percentile is used rather than marks, which means if the paper was tricky, the topper could have secured only 140 and still get a seat in the college with the 100th percentile.

For aiims it depends on the performance of the aspirants but for Delhi you have to get an AIR within 100 if you are belong to UR category.
