Dear Akshaya,
In order to be eligible for NEET entrance exam you need to have passed 12th with physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board or institution with 50%(general), 40%(OBC/SC/ST) and PWD (45%). Secondly, you need to be 17 years old as on December 31,2019.
The exam will be conducted in May. According to last year's cut off , you need to secure above 691. Last years highest marks scored in NEET 2018 was 691/720. So prepare accordingly.
