Dear Sir/Ma'm, please do clarify what exactly you want to meanby proprotion. In the year of 2018, the no. of general students that qualified the NEET UG 2018 was something around 6,75,000. While the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes was something around 50,000. If you mean something else by your query, let us know.
