OBC NCL:
The creamy layer is a term used for wealthier and better educated members of the Other Backward Classes (OBCs) who are not eligible for government sponsored educational and professional benefit programs. In this case, the annual income of family is less than Rs. 6 lakhs.
OBC PWD:
The OBC candidates who belong to the 'Non-Creamy Layer' and whose castes appear in the Central List of the OBCs only shall be eligible to be considered for admission under the OBC Category. Persons With Disabilities (PWD)
