The qualifying percentile is not yet announced by National Testing Agency (NTA). Since JEE Mains entrance examination is again going to happen in April in various shifts on various days the cutoff percentile to qualify JEE Mains cannot be predicted.
I suggest you to wait for the officials to announce the precise cutoff percentile.

Nothing can be said before the official announcement of the result which will be after jee in april.But still it can be said that students scoring more than 90%ile are in safe zone.When it comes to students who are general category have to score a bit more than other students.
