Hello Aspirant,
Since you belong to General category, a percentile score of 69.97 is not enough for a candidate to get qualified in JEE Mains.
For general category a candidate needs to have a percentile of 84 in JEE Mains to be eligible to write JEE Advanced.

Hello there
It's quite difficult to say as jee mains cut off to be eligible for JEE advanced keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But as per previous year trends you may not qualify JEE mains to be eligible for JEE advanced with 69.9 percentile in your JEE mains.
For example last year in 2019, to be eligible for JEE advanced students from general category required at at least 89.7548849 percentile in JEE mains.
