What is Special Round and what is it's procedure after completion of JOSAA.

Well, I've already answered this question quite a few times before.
Spot Round/ Special Round - condcted by CSAB. In this registeration takes place for the interested students to appear in CSAB counseling. Before registeration, a seat matrix is released by JoSAA indicating this much seats of this particular branch of that particular college is still vacant. Now, to occupy those seats CSAB conducts special round.
This round certainly includes some luck and if it comes in his favour, he can turn the destiny in his way.
IMP Note - It takes after the registeration of the students in JoSAA alloted colleges. In our time, only JoSAA alloted college can appear for spot round. Though this rule can change.
