    Hello Nilesh, Special Rounds means filling of the seats which went unfilled during the normal counseling. To be eligible for a special round, you need to be eligible for JoSAA as per JEE(Main) 2019 Ranks. All those candidates who have qualified for the JEE Mains can register for the special round. The procedure is the same as in normal counseling rounds. You need to do the online registration and upload the required documents like marksheet of 10th and 12th.
