Hi Rohit,
NCERT, the conducting body of NTSE stage 2 does not prescribe any syllabus for NTSE Stage 2. However you can refer for preparation syllabus here- https://school.careers360.com/articles/ntse-syllabus.

Yes.I know that dear but the cut off and marking scheme, paper pattern varies state wise as well.
Oh sorry I was not knowing about that.. .
I have doubt regarding this only are there different cut off for different states in 2nd stage also? I know it's there in stage 1 but how in stage 2?the cutoff is declared nationally for different categories that's what I m asking about?
