LLB i. e. Bachelor of Legislative Law, is an undergraduate law programme and it is of 3 years duration. And to be eligible for 3 year llb you need to be a graduate.
Eligibility criteria for 3 year LLB :-
* You need to be a graduate in any discipline from a recognised University
* The minimum % of marks in graduation to be eligible for 3 year LLB varies depending upon the college or the entrance examination you are opting for, generally one needs a minimum of 45 to 50% in graduation to be eligible
* There is no upper age limit to be eligible for LLB .
Some of the entrance examination for 3 year LLB are listed below :-
*DU LLB
*PU LLB
*BVP CET Law
*LPU NEST
*MH CET Law
*BHU LLB
*LAT by Allahabad University
One can also pursue 5 year integrated LLB after class 12th. Some of the entrance examination for 5 year integrated LLB is provided below :-
*CLAT i. e Common Law Admission Test
*AILET - All India Law Entrance Test
*LSAT - Law School Admission Test
To help you get a gist of eligibility for 5 year integrated LLB ,C LAT eligibility criteria for 5-year integrated llb is given below :-
*You must have passed or should be appearing for 12th board examination
*You must have passed your 12th board exam with at least 45% marks while SC and ST category students need only 40% marks.
