what is the approximate cutoff score for jee paper 2? I am a student of Punjab and will get approx 200 marks in paper 2. Am I eligible ?

NIT, Jalandhar do not provide B.Arch course so you will not get benefit of home state quota.
Cut off rank for general candidate for NITs in JEE Main paper 2 is 4000 in other state quota.
In 4000 rank marks will be around 230.
