An aircraft maintenance engineering(AME) is three year license program regulated by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA),Govt. Of india.After completing this three year course, a one year training program and at last of the training a test is organized by DGCA. After clear this test a candidate is said to be an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME). So, the total time to being an AME is four year.
The salary of an AME for freshers is 20,000 to 30,000 per months and after gaining experience of one month the salary is become 6 to 10 lakhs per annum. AME is very hottest career and have big responsibilities to safe an aircraft in the technical level. Because an AME is responsible for the safety, security and maintenance of an aircraft.
